What name do you file your UCCs or Court filings under? I do not know about your company, I would like to make sure you are a real funder before sending you deals.

We use Corporation Services company to file blind UCCs. We don't want brokers hunting. However, you can ask around we work with some big guys like Circadian Funding and to reassure you some more our CEO is Josh Rothenberg (many of you guys know him from vital before he broke off with them)
