    Transparency Is Key....Funders&Lenders

    I have two restaurants in Cali.
    1) Restaurant is Take Out Only has experienced increase in business since covid-19.

    2) Has 1 open MCA 8k left to pay off the initial loan was 12k.

    3) 10k in cash transactions and 20k+ in CC transactions that's per month.

    4) has a few NSF days what business doesn't right now also has overdraft protection.

    5) Merchant is seeking MCA consolidation + 15-20k one monthly payment or $20-30k MCA. (OBO)

    6) waiting to hear from Izzy/advantage and clark/lending valley.

    7) Anyone else would like to look at this file???

    LCF should be able to make an offer here. It would be a 2nd position, we do not pay off other funders.

    Are both restaurants under a single EIN?

    Total Revenue, both locations is $30K ? You want to obtain an MCA for 100% of revenue
    and 1 payment per month.
