Construction Financing for Cannabis Retailer
Hi All,
My client is a cannabis retailer with 3 locations that is doing 4m a month in total sales. They have deals in place to expand to 2 new locations. Looking for 1.8m in construction financing (acquire the real estate and build out the stores) They have no 3rd party debt. All permits in hand.
