We just funded 11 location Subway yesterday

subways are mandated to do renovations so right now a lot of them need capital for the renovations

Decent English? That's a little racist there I might say considering I've eaten at Subway many times and there's all different kinds of owners in each one of all different races.

"English has always been a trouble with THEM." Thats great! I guess all your clients are White Anglo Saxon Protestants from bloodlines going back to the Mainland. But hey you get every deal funded, at the best rate and term, as long you can communicate with "THEM"
