I know a lot of people in the industry have been furloughed or laid off all together. There's some real talent out there, people with great relationships, experience etc.

Certain funders and brokers may or may not come back. and the ones that do will certainly come back at different times. A lot of this will depend on their sources of capital (for funders) and finding funders who can fund (for brokers).

I'd love to do my part and help connect people. If anyone is looking for talent on the broker or funding side, or anyone needs a job please DM and I will be happy to connect.

More importantly, if anyone has better ideas on how we can do this, or what else we can do as an industry to help each other out, that would be great. Would really love to use this thread to share ideas!

I know there's a job board but this feels like it's much bigger than that and I'd love to see if we could all figure out a way to help connect everyone efficiently and without anyone feeling embarrassed.
