Hi All,

Right now one of my family members is head of a private international based hedge with roughly $80 billion under management. They are always looking to invest in large companies / projects.

They primarily do large lines of credits at very low bank rates with a minimum line starting at $100 million dollars up to $1 Billion per individual line.

They seem to love real estate based deals for skyscrapers, large hotels, etc. They have also provided small business lenders as well as real estate lenders with cheap lines of credit used for them to lend.

Lastly, they also do some private equity deals so equity is an option along with the lines.

If you are interested in knowing more feel free to message me & I would love to discuss. Commission is paid for referring these clients and is based off of the investment amount so as 100 million is the minimum they fund, the commissions are definitely large.

It depends on how big an operation, if the line is 100 million minimum they would need to be doing tremendous numbers.
