I find there is a vacuum between a tradition bank loan and a merchant cash advance. Is there any non-traditional sources that are lending with a term between 2-5 years (with the exception of Cash Call) with a possible fixed APR?. I have a client that has excellent credit, but is looking for funding that is outside the parameters of a cash advance. One of my colleagues said there was a company doing 3-5 year terms with 14.99 apr. Any help would be appreciated. Kind Regards.

I believe lending club, funding circle, and a few more are doing those loans- how they work with brokers is a diff story you would have to explore -

Other thing is it depends on which state the merchant is located in as some of those funders don't cover all the states, some only cover a handful.

there are a handful of guys doing terms from 2-5 years with monthly ACH or bi-weekly. THe company should be profitable and credit clean for 2 years. I can send you in right direction if you have a deal to work on
