Well, there ya go. Anyone associated with Mantis these days puts a bad taste in my mouth. The deals cresthill and mantis didn't kill in final underwriting over the last month(which seemed to be 90% of the deals), they now aren't paying commission on. Marcus never stops posting on DF and now is totally MIA. Soooo shady.

Again..... I don't know them at all. I just connected some dots inside of 5 minutes by doing simple searches that EVERYONE should be doing.....

Kevin, are are local to you...what do you guys do @ Seacoast..wondering if there is any synergy. We are a broker shop and we syndicate. We do all marketing 100% in house and we have a huge and very clean database. So it goes with out saying, we are looking for new opportunities to market to our internal database.
