    Gas Station with Convenience Sales 225k a month * Need Deal***

    I need financing (loan ACH but MCA is good too) for a gas station with convenience sales.
    C/ sales 56% of gross. Problem is, just 4 months TIB, but 30 years standing/operating.
    Direct funders only-I will participate, if needed, up to 50k. Owner has control of processing.
