Cold calling
Good morning guys, I hope that your day is going well. I’m new in this forum and I have a question. I have a big problem passing gatekeepers... I’m kinda new in cold calling with business loans but I worked 2 years with a lender so I have some knowledge and experience, just having really difficult time to pass those gatekeepers. Does anyone have a good method that could work for me? By the way I know it’s a suckish time to join this industry but now it’s a good time to learn. Thanks in advance to whoever can help

IMO cold calling is dead. merchants today have an extremely negative visceral reaction to having products jammed down their throat

i think cold calling now, during this issue is not a going to work for you. People might need money, but unless they are a health care facility, grocery store or food delivery service, you are not going to get anyone to fund. IMHO
I put my contact info in here, and
was bombarded with spam from funders
if you need to reach me PM me

Hi Jason,
Great Answer.
You can also easily get access to open source data (where we get all of our leads we sell from) and broker it out with this easy API that anyone can useLast edited by Enablement Data; 04-03-2020 at 03:30 PM.

I agree , cold calling works best. especially when you scrub your lead source before calling. But I'd thought that nowadays, you are not allowed to cold call due to state mandate of cannot make unsolicited calls during a local state of emergency. In New York, Gov Cuomo said that at the begining of this lockdown. Had that mandate been reversed ? Maybe this thread began prior to coroan virus and lockdowns ...

I'm working mainly SBA 7 (a) Loans - there was a nugget placed in the legislation
TheSBA will also automatically pay the principal, interest, and fees of new 7(a)loans issued prior to September 27, 2020.
