I have a client that is looking for a line of credit, not factoring, not MCA, a traditional line of credit secure by A/R and real estate. Loan amount $600K. Does anyone know of any companies that lend under the parameters. He has good credit as well. Also, he does not want to do SBA

Most non-bank ABL lenders will not do an ABL deal under $1Mil. Most will also not touch real estate. With the assets and size, this might be difficult or very expensive.
