Financing for a car hauler

Any one can help with this in the equipment finance space. This would be for a start up

We will consider this transaction as long as the customer has 3 years CDL experience, decent credit and is properly capitalized. Typically we would request a credit application, 3 months bank statements, last 2 years tax returns, for a start up we would like to see a letter from their potential haul source stating their earning potential and we would need the spec's for the equipment.
