They're a broker. GREAT team. Tons of deal flow. Like Lendio or Fundera. Marketplace type concept.

sorry, should have been more specific. i know they are brokers.. i was looking for feedback from lenders and brokers alike to see what their expereince has been with them.

They just started with their own sales people closing deals so they were a marketplace with hands off approach to closings until recently. Now they act more as brokers selling several products. They opened up new offices in the US to grow their sales volume.
