    doing 700k with 10 negative days a month

    i have a deal on the table i need 350k guy is only getting declined for negative days, he has about 10 a month however, his balances are strong on the days hes not negative his average balance for each months is 20k+ he has overdraft protection up to 200k and NOTHING BOUNCES. he has a line of credit with kabbage for 30k did 700 in feb 600 in jan and 641 in dec. he does residential construction. 25 + deposits a month

    I don't see the difficulty in this file.... unless im missing something. Usually OD Protection will alleviate concerns of Neg Days.

    Reach out to a super ISO who's got the relationships to get this done. Worth losing a point or 2 to get a 350k deal done. If you need an intro to one, happy to help.

    I would never work with a super broker, but from the stories i heard they usually send offers w two less points but once it funds they either never pay or if they do its half and it takes 3 weeks to arrive
