    Looking for someone who can refinance World Business Lenders

    I have a client who took out a loan, secured by his home. The payment is outrageous. Can anyone help refinance this guy?

    Depends on LTV and how much he has left in equity.

    A bank. Or a real estate hard money lender. WBL is insane.

    Local bank or get a mortgage broker. You have to be license to loan on residential owner occupied
