Warehouse Purchase in New Jersey for $250K + $300K Rehab Costs= $1.5 Million ARV
Anyone can do this?
The property looks like crap, but it's a warehouse. Not meant to look pretty right now.
As is value: $600K, so it's selling at below 50% LTV.
Rehab costs will bring the value above $1.5 million.
Who can do this without hassle? This deal is dragging. Please PM me.
