How many direct funders do you know that offer daily, weekly, monthly terms with products that include term loans, MCAs, and equipment financing?

I can't imagine they would need Business Development Reps (i.e. package pullers, qualifiers, etc.) if they did not have an internal sales team. This is a reps LinkedIn page for someone who works at Getbackd.

It doesn't matter. There's no actual Chinese wall. Once you do direct sales, wether you have 1 or 100, it's impossible for someone to trust that your team isn't peaking at all the apps you approve/decline, and try to generate revenue from them. That's why avoiding direct sales is the way to go to earn brokers trust.
Brokers entire livelihoods are the apps they generate and to think there's even a possibility that you have the staff to backdoor them is going to scare most away. And obviously the name you chose isn't doing you many favors.

Thats not reasonable to think that. Some of the most trustworthy banks in the space have inside sales teams. I am working with Kapitus for years as well as a number of other top tier lenders. They all have inside sales teams but never ever do I worry that someone is going after my file

Agreed. Plenty of our lenders have inside sales. I don't even ask anymore. If someone is going to steal from you, it's just as easy to keep a commission or not pay out on a renewal as it is to call my deals. You just have to be careful with whom you do business and be better than the next guy.

Know your lenders build relationships, and just dont start working with every company that calls you. Its not how many companies you are signed up with its the relationships that you have at those companies that will dictate how successful you are and how open you are to being backdoored on a deal
