When you say start up, do they have a business bank account with any history? Or hasn't even started up. If no history then Seek and Touro are the quickest. Also what type of loan/advance is he looking for if he has 250k in the bank?

Credit cards are one way to do it, but the most common way we assist start-ups is with unsecured loans. Most start-ups will prefer cash with fixed rates as opposed to credit cards.

These can go up to 300k on 3, 5 or 7 year terms - rates are fixed about 6% to 12%, on average. There is no down payment or collateral required, also no early pay off penalty. Must have 700+ credit score, or a co-signer with 700+ scores.

Requires no time in business or revenue history.
