    Industry leading commissions

Everyone posts about how they pay industry leading commissions, my question is what do you guys think is an industry leading commission rate? Specifically for working at an iso shop or brokerage not from lenders

Not sure about what top is at ISO shops. But I’d imagine Kalamata or National pay the highest as funders.

your question seems to be what ISO owners pay their brokers/sales reps right? cause like others said 20 points seems the max payout from funders. But an ISO owner may pay 20-50% of the commission paid on deals to their broker/sales rep, BUT depends on role and work done of the file

ill add to this , it is also what they are providing to you, a complete inbound shop will pay way less than outbound and even in outbound it is based on what they are providing you with ucc, more expensive data , crm, admin, etc

So for example if leads/crm/marketing/internal support (teamwork on closing deals) second phones/ personalized email marketing campaigns etc are provided. What would you guys consider a high commission? or what commission would you want or think is reasonable if all of that was provided

If you have an origination office that is working deals - 50% of the commissions for what you provide - 70% if they originate/source.

If not they are just going to figure they can do it without you. Be transparent from the very beginning and build trust and a different type of office culture that makes them excited. It's a numbers game - many of them are going to be pounding the call and feeling the rejection so having that closing should be worth it for the hard work they put forth.
Funding is Temporary. Wu-Tang is Forever.

Request docs at max up-sell and watch the deal be killed.

many don't realize this but the upsell impacts approvals in UW. max upsells have been linked to higher defaults. tread lightly when requesting max upsells.
