Marcus, honestly, I’ve found that no other funder in the industry provides more offers that are killed after contracts are back than Mantis. There isn’t even a close 2nd.

Rather than spamming up the joint, why not put more focus into underwriting and DD upfront?

Are you chasing defaults ? ...that's very odd ... Deals killed in final is a reality by all especially in subprime but if you are seeing it that often i would question the lead source.

I question Mantis underwriting. I talk to all of the other big broker shops and they all say the same thing: No one declines more at final underwriting than Mantis.

Anither complaint is that brokers have to tell you in advance not to shop out the files to other funder’s through Cresthill. Why must they do that? Why isn’t it just a given?
