John, if that is your real name, you really started off on the wrong foot:
"I'm John Parks, Private Investor for business owners. I'll pay you 50% to 80% of all commission normally earned."
So do you give 100% of commissions because you're a private investor, or 50-80% because your a co-broker? Lenders by definition don't take commissions, they take points. So you're very clearly just lying.
