We have a customer who owns four hotels on the east coast who would like to do a sale and leaseback to pay off a bank and for additional working capital. The four locations are expected to be valued at $20MM and we are in the process of contacting our appraiser.

The requested structure is:

- 30 years
- Non-recourse
- No prepayment penalty
- Rates 9 to 12%
- Up to 75% LTV

2018 financials:
$4.5MM in Revenues
$1.2MM in EBIDA

2019 financials:
$4MM in Revenues
$1MM in EBIDA

There is a remaining $5MM note on the properties.
