Merchant has several positions, has defaulted / restructured on a few of them, but has been paying of EBF without a missed payment perfectly fine, and money is still the same. I'm not going to fund him obviously, he wanted to hear feedback if there's a good chance EBF will renew him.

In my experience, if they have a good relationship with the merchant (paying on time, no more than 2/3 nsfs that have been paid) they should renew them. Give it a shot, what's the worst case a decline?

so cool that you guys are bragging about making funding companies fund defaults- when the funding companies dry up nobody will be funding anything for anyone!

EBF has renewed crazier stuff than that for me.....I would let them handle it and let the chips fall where they may
