I currently have around 10 files that need a home. These are all fundable deals that have died for minor reasons like wanting/needing a longer term (1-3months) or wanting/needing an extra 2-3k and others may have been for wanting to consolidate payments.

I just want to get these files funded- deposits range from 12k monthly to 170k and credit from 560-680

Any advice?

Not sure what this is but dude this REEKS. If this isn't some sort of scam work with better funders man. Noone cares about giving you another 2-3k on a good file and no one good will have a problem giving you a bit extra term on an approval they already Gave you for a guy with 680 fico and 170k a month in deposits.

You're either a terrible broker or peoples person, or this is something much worse.

And you say there are 10 that you have approvals on but you can't close any, ON THE LAST FUNDING DAY OF THE MONTH WHEN EVERY FUNDER WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES?

I have $9,900 cash. My bank won't let me deposit it because it's friday and the bank is almost closed. They also said if it was like $10,000 they'd let me deposit it. But since the week is almost over and I'm just short of a number I made up, the bank won't help.

But 90% of our Business comes from ISO's. I usually tell ISO's we do exactly what you said above, If you have offers that need to go out longer, more money, or just can't get an approval - We can get it done for you.

We pay out on an 80/20 Split if all we do is get an approval.
50/50 if we work/take over the deal from you, and sell it, collect stips, and fund.
