Mt merchant is in the Oil business and has roughly 3 positions totaling around 450K. Has deposits of roughly 2 million plus per month. Been in business for years. Tax Returns, AR, and balance sheets are solid and good credit profile of above 700. I have personally funded him 8 times, and has paid off every advance with no issue. Right now he is looking for a larger loan and longer term here.....18 months to two years with more of a term rate. Not looking to co-broker and would prefer to work with a direct lender only on this. Please pm me if this is something we can discus or you have a product that fits here.
