Found these guys as a site inspection alternative to Truepic. Cheaper and don't have to have the client download an app. Anyone have any experience with this company?

What was their pricing? The problem with not having an app, there is no way to ensure wether the location is accurate or wether the photos/camera are being manipulated.

So if you are trying to stop fraud, you probably won't. Anyone trying to steal money knows the tricks. That's what TruePic solves.

$30 is not a small chunk of change AT ALL, but when you're putting out $50k+ advances are you really trying to save a few bucks? It's not even underwriting it's legit a funding stip.
