getbackd is a bunch of brokers and if they like the deal entirely, they may consider funding it themselves but in the period of funding with them for one year and a half< we saw them in banks one time. Nevermind how many times they killed perfectly good deals ready to fund on teh very last second> they think brokers are rookies>

fundrite will give a million reasons to decline

roc will give u the run around

anyone u never heard of before, well just good luck with that

the only real reverses that ive seen completed are par, silverline, silvercup (once in a while) and premiere

the rest arent equipped to handle a large reverse
