I think that OP is asking about unsecured LOCs, but there are secured LOCs as well, like factoring or equipment lines.

So the question is not "what's the maximum," the question is "what type and what are the qualifications?"
Aside from OnDeck, Bluevine and Fundbox, none of the FinTech lenders are really offering unsecured LOCs. Secured LOCs, there are many more. And for unsecured with 700+ FICO, you have to know how to utilize the banks to get you a series of 0 APR credit cards to maximize access to cash.

Also, the clients who want LOCs probably don't know how to use them. They might "want" a LOC to impress their friends and families, but they might actually benefit from a term product in its place, that actually pays the balance down and likely be a longer term offering more money, rather than keeping it maxed out and paying monthly interest-only payments, only to be left with a huge balloon. Factoring is probably the best LOC product, since it is "self-dissolving."

So it's not about what's the highest-paying LOC. It's better to focus on the best fit for the merchant.
