    Soft offers?

    Any A Lenders that will give a soft offer without the merchant providing a SS#? He will provide it once we agree to terms.

    How would a lender agree to "Terms" without knowing the complete profile of the merchant?
    FICO
    TIB?
    Revenue?
    Net Profit?

    We make soft offers on all files. Need 6 mos credit card processing, 2 most recent banks and a signed application. If soft offer is accepted we move to final underwriting approval where credit will be pulled, references checked etc...
