Looking for lenders offering real estate backed loans
Currently working on a MCA payoff for a client in Illinois
$250,000 loan amount
Looking for conventional terms like 5+ years with rates under 15% like we have in most other states.
We have a good handle on deals in most other states, but illinois seems to be an animal unto itself our our lenders won't touch it.
