Doesn't seem like all that much changed. Any suggestions from all the new brokers on here? Especially (not that you'll divulge) lead suppliers not just the old UCC providers.
Most important change in the industry is that Karen is no longer on DF.

Saying the whole state has Garbage food is pretty nuts. What magical place are you from where Umami falls from the heavens and velvet ropes are parted? LMAO

New Yawk City baby. Fuggetaboutit........and btw, Miami has garbage tap water, which is what they use for any bread related products. which is why every pizza store and bagel store is gross down there. In fact, there are places, like brooklyn water bagels in florida, that ship their water down from the great city of new york, so that they can have edible carbs

I am taking a shot at making a prediction here...it may take a few decades however the future business hub will end up being in (south?) Florida ! (the concept of skyscrapers "Manhattan" will not be the future of american work force).

South Florida already is one of the largest money centers outside of NY. Hence the reason every major bank has a presence in South Florida. There are a few newbie making moves down here now.... M&T Bank for one.

I was talking outside of banks ... it will be the new Hub for companies that break past 50M in sales and want to relocate from heavy tax based cities (harsh weather) etc.
