    Rare Rubies as collateral - $9.2 million value looking for hard money

    have a merchant is who looking to use some of his jewlery as collateral for hard money loan. The rubies are valued at 9.2million (i have appraisal). Is there any lender that can take this as collateral for hard money loan?

    Just keep in mind, almost all of these deals are fakes. I haven't come across one yet that wasn't. Of course, not to say that there aren't ones who are real. See if the client is willing to provide a real appraisal from a nationally known appraiser.
