    What lenders will fund using a tin instead of a ssn?

    The merchant has a tax id, a tin instead of a social and has a u.s drivers license. Who can fund it if he doesnt have citizenship or green card? info@versabusinesssystems.com

    We have done a few of these but the owner has to own the business property or own their place of residence. It will also have to be a credit card split deal.

    CDG funds these on a case by case basis. Depends if they have a fico attached to that TIN, and on the industry.
