I have a potential merchant processing and drying out 10,000 lbs of hemp to convert into CBD oil, that will be ready to harvest by march of this year. Supposedly the value of the oil will be worth more than 1 million. If this merchant wanted to take a loan out using the value of the Marijuana as collateral. are they any daily funders that would be able to assist with this deal

Do they own the real estate? What type of equipment are they using to convert the oil? If they own that outright and it is worth over 100K (which is very common) there may be a cash-out/leaseback on that.

We do Cannabis. We will only do 20-30k max. We will not do large loans because of the industry type and some of the legal issues, but if we give a cannabis starter loan of 20-30k and develop a good relationship with the merchant, we will take that into consideration when renewing and can increase our funding amount if all looks ok.
