Yes that's right!! we are funding prior defaults, see below for our guidelines.

DEFULT GUIDELINES
- Pays 7 points (being that its a default)
- We cant fund a default if it was within the last 3-5 months though. Anything prior to that is okay
- Judgments must either be satisfied or on some sort of a payment plan.
- Minimum rev of 18k+ a month in order to qualify
- Maximum of 12 negative days with no overdraft protection
- Minimum of 5 deposits per month
- Must be 18 months after a dismissed bankruptcy
- Must be 6 months after a discharged bankruptcy
- At least 9 months in time of business
- Maximum approval term: 65 days

And then whisper in their ear and say, how are we going to collect if THEYRE ALREADY going to miss 12 payments a month off the bat. Your 65 day approval is now 140 days.
