Underwriting Guidelines
-We do not consolidate or directly payoff, we would rather give the money to the merchant and allow them to pay off whomever they see fit.
-We don’t fund Marijuana sales, Check Cashing or Auto Sales
-No Open BK or Judgments ( not counting older trade lines )
-Renewal eligibly as soon as 50% paid.
-Early term payoff discounts 10%-15% granted upon request, on a deal by deal basis.
-Weekly payment plans available - pending no current positions with a daily plan.
-Maximum 8 negative daily balances per month.

In addition:
Commissions paid 24 hours after funding
Full commission on all renewals
We can withhold your Broker Fees ( PSF) on your behalf and include it with your commissions!
DocuSign contracts for instant same day funding
Live tracking of your Syndication via Portal log in and many other great features to help you and I get deals funded and renewed for years to come.
