Potential $30,000,000 deal here, so figured it's worth posting here to see if anyone is interested in co-brokering this with us, since we don't have any lenders in our portfolio who finance ships.

They sent us documents on the project, but to be honest, we don't even know what we're looking at or if it's a good deal or not.

We primarily do MCAs , equipment finance, construction loans, and Commercial cashout & r/t Refinances, so this deal is way outside of our wheelhouse.
