Average time to get an offer?

    Hey Brokers,

On average, from when you submit, how long does it take to receive an offer?

    Funders,

How long does it take you to put out an offer?

Watch these answers vary wildly depending on if youre an ISO or Funder.

depends.. some people give soft offers that come in within minutes.. i sent a deal to CAN, exactly 10 minutes later they sent an initial (soft) offer from their system. stabilized it and funded the deal. ondeck is usually quick. b/c 3hr average if the file isnt tough or restricted. If the file is simple and the funder isnt backed up you should expect an offer 2 hours after sub IMO

Mantis Tries to 2-3 Hours and funds 2-3 hours after contract comes back-in. Goal is to fund file same day as the submission.

And once you get stips in to the bank, what's the average time frame to get back a contract and DL?

1-2 hours here typically, depending on how backed up our Operations dept is with pulling credit and getting everything sent out to the funders.

it can be as quick as 1-2 hours or as long as 12 hours. It all depends on how busy the day is and how easy the submission looks from the ISO. Sometimes you get 20 submissions with nothing in the body of the email and others come with awesome key information (Positions, balances monthly rev etc.) The more information you give, the quicker you will get a response.

2:31 hours is our current average from receipt of file via email to offer. But we are focusing on D paper-

45 mins-1hr to get an agreement sent to the merchant after you request it. decision logic doesn't take too long to generate but will come with the agreement as a package

This. But I'd say depending on your relationship / volume you close with a particular outlet, it may be shaved down to 15-30 mins on a file if needed. Works both ways, I have people prioritize my guys' paper bc of our relationship, and I've always attended to my bigger shops when requested before the rest of deals in queue.
