We are seeing more and more CRE Paper in KY, Ohio, etc purchase price of single family, duplex, 4plex that are in need of renovations with sale prices of 10K+.

1 of several right now we need financing for Dayton Ohio duplex. Purchase 10,500. + tax lien 12,000 + 56,000 for renovations. After renovation value 90K. Client holds and rents each side via the state for 600. - 700. per side. Our clients FICO: 700+.
