last time i called them they werent accepting ISO's

I go through another ISO To get deals done with them - but they are literally the most aggressive REVERSE funder out there. They do partial reverses (like if they have an 18 month term on a position they will reverse it but not go full term) they approve reverses no one else will.

They will change your structure to 8 points upfront as long as you are funding a few deals per month. BTW even at 5 and 5, they are way better than a lot of reverse funders because you can trust them. To us that's worth the most.
