I have a construction deal with under 5 deposits. I am looking for a first position lender. Min 9 months. Also they need to be able to fund over 500k on one deal.

well, family was in the livestock industry back in the day -- more on the rawhide side of things...at 6 years old i used to soak the skins in lime and then wait a week for the hair to fall off then would hang them and use some interesting tools to get out the water and then used high power sanders. (that what my weekend activities looked like).
