I have this restaurant, recently purchased end of Aug, and he has done between $265k-300k a month for the last 3 months.

Prior to purchase the restaurant had been open in the same location for 20 years. Same menu as the old restaurant. It is a wing place.

There are two locations, both under same ein #.

He is looking for a 12-18 month term deal.

Can anyone do this and not treat it as a new business?
