    hard Money Real Estate

    have merchant has about 6-7 million in RE (land and office building). main issue is he is in open BK currently. Can any hard money lenders lend on the property still?

    depends is the property in foreclosure ? Is it scheduled to go to auction ?

    no property is not in any type of foreclosure or anything wrong with it, he just has open BK so cant get money anywhere.
