Anyone here of these guys? I just had the contract in my inbox, $48,500 paying back $59,000 (1.216) 8.75% split on the batches. They do $35,000 a month in cc processing.

I figured a 19 months payback .

They commision they pay is 30 % of the interest plus 30 % of there originaton fees (5%) but they can be really cheap as you mentioned and they require tax return with every submission
