I have a couple of merchants, every time I reach out to them for a renewal, they say they get numerous calls from other lenders within 5 minutes of us hanging up the phone.

Is it possible someone has software set up to monitor calls?

I told him it was a coincidence, He says that the only time he gets these calls is after i reach out to him. They never call any other time.

Heard that there is someone in this industry who has sent RAT emails and got accesses to underwriters computers which means all correspondence, deals, crms, etc can be viewed. Or funder is just back dooring you.

There's a way to find out the source too. Next time you send a deal, send the app to each lender with a different number.. send one to spoof # 1, second one to your personal cell etc. Once you are contacted you'll know where the leak is coming from... then dead em'. There are so many players in every space you don't need to be married to any shop anymore.
