If anything in my humble opinion, it just looks like Merchant Bridge has a "White-label" program with Horizon. Another ISO presenting themselves as a direct funder.
Good eye though Fundingapocalypse!

Wouldn't be the first time a rep or ISO put their name up top and left the fine print alone.
