    ucc's

    looking to buy some uccs,filtered by name of the funder

    Which funder's are still filing ucc's under there own name

    usually ucc's are only files when merchants have payment issues.

    UCCs suck now a days

    You would have to pull UCCs on companies that file no matter what

    I don't think this is true exactly. The far, far majority of UCCs in the mca space are cloaked. But they are filed.

    UCCs are still alive and well and work very good for our customers that use this form of data for their marketing efforts.

    most of the A funders the issue is figuring out who they are as they hide behind other names and file sometimes thru a generic name. Any c d funder it means they defaulted

    Success with Uccs is much more process driven now. While the quality of Ucc data does help (either by where you get it from or the method you use to acquire it), you need to have either:

    -a lot of seasoning and/or,
    -a great work ethic and/or,
    -a specific execution strategy

    And if you can't stand being told NO, this type of work definitely isn’t for you, and THIS is the reason most people incorrectly believe cold calling is dead.


    The real scenario is that the barrier to entry for cold calling is much higher now than it was years ago, so for entry level or lower skilled participants, especially if you’re unwilling to put the time in, the opportunity has deceased. A lot of times also, once you go from cold calling to inbound spoon feeding, and have had success, its difficult for even top phone people to go back.

    For masters of their craft or those working hard and following a proven strategy, I’ve seen it working for multiple offices (in multiple industries by the way), with one in particular doing close to 200 million in funding annually, in MCA, so these aren't small shops doing it either.
