I have done deals and been paid by Smart Business Funders before (directly, they paid 9 points like in the above example), even got paid on 2 renewals, but I recently submitted a file to them and got the same rejection letter from them as I did from Ace for the same deal.

the lawsuit says Smart Business sent merchant the $1million, and they are the ones debiting the 11K + daily, so regardless of who else syndicated they are the funder and paid GN the comish.
