We are a direct lender and 2nd/3rd positions are our specialty. We can pay you up to 15 points + 3% bonus just for signing up. We can go up to ten months and our buy rate is within 1.29-1.30. It sounds like given the condition of the statements, we would be able to extend a viable dollar amount with a reasonable rate for a 3rd. Send it over to me today and we can have it approved in 2 hours. Docusign agreement as well.

thats quite a drop in Tier from Can 1st to YSC 2nd... what does merchant do? did something happen that they went form tier 1 to bottom of the barrel for a 2nd or was it just ownership % issue?

hmm i think Business Backer used to have program with less than 50% ownership not sure if its still around though
