    well then this site is a good place to start if you are looking for ISO's to send you business. And to generate deals on your own they said it earlier in this thread.. DIAL DIAL DIAL

    What kind of underwriting guidelines do you have on the lending side? Have a nice stack of F-Paper deals for you if you want to fund them haha.

    My Direct Lender clients all send direct mail, then email and then call qualified business owners.

    My Resellers/Brokers all call, some email and less send mailers.

    It doesn't hurt to think outside of the box but if ain't broke don't fix it.
